History

DNTLCC is a newly established vocational training center, but our roots run deep. We are inspired by the legacy of Dick ‘Night Train’ Lane, and the passion for community service of our founder Richard Walker Sr. We aim to decrease unemployment, and help our residents become valuable contributors to the Detroit community.
